Vildan has been practicing as a lawyer affiliated to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2008 and has been working as a legal counsel at TLC Advocaten in Enschede in the Netherlands since 2023 on matters with an international dimension. She also has a master’s degree (LLM) in Labor Law and Social Security Law.
She worked for many years in an R&D company in Turkey, specializing in European Union funding programs and advising on international projects and litigation. She is specialized in corporate law, especially contract law, IT law, labor law and intellectual property law.
For many years, she has worked at different levels, including project leadership, in projects and cases with international partners.
